Crystal Hicks is the founder of Crystal-is-Consulting, a coaching and consulting practice dedicated to helping individuals and organizations move from barriers to breakthroughs.

With over 20 years of experience in workforce development, leadership, and inclusive employment strategies, Crystal brings a unique blend of professional expertise and transformational coaching to every client she serves. She has a Bachelors degrees in Family and Child Science and a Master’s degree in Rehabilitation Counseling and has worked extensively with businesses, workforce agencies, and individuals navigating career and life transitions.

Crystal’s work focuses on empowering people to step into their next chapter with clarity, confidence, and purpose. She is known for her practical guidance, strategic thinking, and supportive coaching style that helps clients move from uncertainty to action.
